Please note that the name of the latest Telemagic.1.3.1.5.jar file includes the version number so that Telemagic now enforces hub airport rules. (Source code will be published fully within 48 hours.) Telemagic finally is a fully-fledged KSP mod! Download the zip and unpack it into GameData/Telemagic, as normal. Please see Telemagic 1.11.2.10 'Phoenix' for further information. Refueling in the field is now accomplished by parking with 30m of the selected target host and then 'milking' it.
In addition, it outdates/obsoletes the prior definition of 'hub' airports. Telemagic now supports KSP 1.3 through 1.11.
